Dr. Siaw Tung Yeng is a distinguished Senior Consultant Family Physician with over 30 years of expertise in healthcare, medical informatics, and telemedicine. He graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1991, further specializing in Family Medicine, earning a Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) [MMed (Family Medicine)] in 1995. He was later conferred the title of Fellow, College of Family Physicians (FCFP, Singapore) in 2000.
A recipient of the ASEAN Scholarship (1984-1985), Dr. Siaw has dedicated his career to transforming primary care through innovation, technology, and education.
In 2023, he was awarded the Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat) for his outstanding contributions to healthcare accessibility, patient care, and medical innovation.

Notably, he was a member of the National Telemedicine Advisory Committee (NTAC), helping to develop Singapore's first national telemedicine guidelines. His expertise in AI-driven healthcare solutions continues to drive new models of digital healthcare delivery.
Currently, Dr. Siaw serves as a member of the Singapore Medical Council's Disciplinary Tribunal, ensuring professional and ethical standards in medical practice.

Dr Rachel Teoh Pui Pui, PBM

Dr. Rachel Pui Pui Teoh graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2002. She later pursued specialized training, obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University in 2010 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from NUS in 2011. Furthering her expertise in aesthetic medicine, she completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine in 2016. Recognizing the critical role of public health in medical practice, she further pursued a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of London, completing it in 2024.
She also holds multiple professional certifications, including the Certificate of Accreditation as a Family Physician from the Ministry of Health, Singapore, and the Certificate of Registration as a Family Physician from the Singapore Medical Council. Additionally, she has earned specialized certifications in Orthopaedic Surgical Techniques, Aesthetic Medicine, Mesotherapy, Korean Thread Lifting, and various laser and skin rejuvenation procedures.
As Co-Founder, Director, and Chairwoman of the Board at Mobile Health Network Solutions, Dr. Teoh plays a pivotal role in bridging healthcare, technology, and business strategy. She serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the integration of medical expertise with digital health solutions.
Dr. Teoh is deeply involved in UX design for healthcare applications, ensuring that user-centric digital solutions enhance both patient experience and clinical efficiency. She actively collaborates with engineers, designers, and business strategists to develop innovative solutions that improve healthcare accessibility and operational workflows. Her expertise lies in business and technology integration, driving the development of AI-driven healthcare platforms, telemedicine solutions, and digital health ecosystems that align with the evolving needs of both healthcare providers and patients.
Beyond her leadership in healthcare technology, Dr. Teoh has held directorial roles in various healthcare organizations, contributing to strategic growth and operational excellence. She has also been actively involved in medical education, having served as an instructor for Advanced Trauma Life Support from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, she trained as a surgical resident specializing in general and hand surgery at the National Healthcare Group from 2003 to 2007.
Dr. Teoh has previously been associated with reputable international organizations in aesthetic medicine, including the American Aesthetic Association, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Her involvement in these organizations has provided her with extensive insights into advancements in aesthetic and laser medicine.
In recognition of her contributions to healthcare and public service, Dr. Teoh was awarded the Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat) in Singapore in 2023. This distinguished honor reflects her dedication to improving healthcare accessibility, patient care, and medical innovation.
