More than 30 years of extensive experience in healthcare and medical informatics.
Ex-Chief Information Officer, Chairman of Medical Audit Subcommittee and Regional Medical Director of Healthway Medical Group (“HMG”). HMG has more than 100 clinics and medical centers, and is one of the largest in Singapore.
Served for 16 years as director for United Vision Holdings Pte Ltd, supervising multiple family medicine clinics, and serving as a Senior Consultant Family Physician.
Former clinical lecturer (Family Medicine) for Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore.
Member of Singapore Medical Council’s (“SMC”) Complaints Panel, SMC’s Disciplinary Committee, Advisor of Singapore Family Medicine Continuing Medical Education.

Dr Rachel Teoh Pui Pui, PBM

Co-Founder/Co-CEO/COO

Leads engagement with clinician and healthcare providers, vendor partnerships, new businesses, and special projects.
Trained and held accreditations and certifications in dermatology, family medicine, general surgery, aesthetic, emergency medicine.
Member of American Aesthetic Association, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.

Ex-head of business development and operations of Sano Pain Care Group, a pain care specialist offering drugless therapies in Malaysia.

Co-technical lead and Senior Software Developer at Manulife Technology and Services Sdn Bhd.
Developed a fully automated global actuarial process which was fully implemented in Manulife’s North America and Asia businesses, and a winner of the Qorus Innovation in Insurance Awards in 2018.
Analyst Programmer at a leading healthcare IT system provider.
First-class honors in Computer Science/Information Technology from University Tun Abdul Razak.

Dr Lun Kwok Chan, Ph.D

More than 40 years of professional experiences in medical science and informatics.
Founder/CEO of Gateway Consulting, specializing in professional training in the areas of biostatistics & health informatics.
Course director of the 10x10 International Course on Health Informatics, in collaboration with Oregon Health and Science University, USA since 2022.
Serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Experimental and Clinical Medicine.
